If you have been sent for a test by the practice, you can view your results on SystmOnline Login (tpp-uk.com) or the ‘NHS app’, so please use either of these methods prior to contacting the surgery. Should you have a further query then please send us an email to warccg.causewaymedicalcentre@nhs.net with your name and date of birth.
To ensure confidentiality we only release results to the patients themselves unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
