We have additional roles working at Causeway Medical Centre, which are shared across practices within our Primary Care Network (PCN).
These roles include:
- 2 First Contact Physiotherapists working at both Causeway and Great Sankey Sites.
- Health & Wellbeing Coach who works currently just at Great Sankey.
- Pharmacist who deals with medication queries / medication reviews
- Pharmacy Technician - deals with discharge letter changes to medications.
- Social Prescriber - to help signpost you to CAB / housing issues / lonliness etc
- Care Co-ordinator help support the practice with the COVID Vaccination Programme and other projects
